Medland Hospital responded to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic by introducing the Q-Medland COVID-19 screening centre, which is a mobile clinic that exclusively conducts tests for the virus. The clinic’s commitment to providing quality healthcare during crises was recognized when it received the International Healthcare Federation’s Sultan of Oman Excellence Award for Health Services During Crisis.
In 2023, Q-Medland expanded its services to include primary healthcare in addition to the existing services offered at Avani Victoria Falls Resort in Livingstone. The services offered in the clinic include:

* Observation for up to 12 hours
* Health check/screening
* Minor surgical treatments
* Medication administration including IV medicines
* ECG & monitoring
* Nebulization & oxygen therapy
* Routine laboratory testing
